Delivery & Returns

Prior to despatching any artwork I will check over the artwork and if necessary will apply a final resin topcoat and do my final prep. I will notify you in advance if this is necessary.

Delivery within the UK is free and will usually be 3-5 working days upto 10 working days if any final touches are required. I wil keep you updated.

Please contact me for shipping outside the UK.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your artwork please let me know within 7 working days, returns will be at your own expense but I understand if it is not quite right.

Important - Please advise me of any damages as soon as you receive the item as it will be due to the shipping process. All artworks will leave my studio in perfect condition and carefully packaged. Where possible please retain all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your painting.

Commissions - These are non-returnable unless they are damaged during the shipping process, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of ordering a commission piece.

All artwork will have a certificate of authenticity and any images must not be reproduced without my permission
Taking care of your resin artwork

From time to time you may need to dust your resin masterpiece! Please only use a soft microfibre cloth or feather duster and never any cloth/sponge that is abrasive this will scratch and permanently damage your resin. If there is a mark on your resin then you can dampen your cloth with warm water, never saturate the resin or use chemical products. If in doubt cleaning tips can be found on the internet.

Caution - Some resins may contain crushed glass, this is a craft glass but it may be abrasive in nature, please try not to touch the resin although it is very tempting as its so shiny and tactile! but this will prevent marks being left on the surface.

Resin by nature attracts dust particles during the creation process, all efforts are made to keep the studio free from dust but it is an inevitable part of the process and you may find the odd dust particle, this will just add character.

All my pieces unless stated otherwise are ready to hang, however they can be framed to add an impressive dimension.
